GENERAL

Q: Can I submit my artwork to be used by Landyachtz?
A: Yes! Send your artwork or designs to [e-mail], and our art department will review it and get in touch if they’re interested.

Q: How do I check my order status?
A: Visit our Order Lookup Tool and enter the email or order number from your confirmation email.

Q: Can I slide the board I want?
A: Absolutely! Most boards can slide, though setups with slide wheels, gloves, and pads make it easier. Check out this video for sliding tips.

Q: Does Landyachtz offer pre-orders?
A: We don’t currently offer pre-orders. Keep an eye on our website for restocks or sign up for stock notifications.

Q: My trucks are squeaking—how can I fix this?
A: Squeaking is common. Rub some soap shavings, pencil lead or generally any kind of lubricant in the pivot cup, then reassemble. This works as a dry lubricant and helps keep the pivot quiet!

Q: Why does my board look different than the website photo?
A: Natural wood variations in Canadian maple can affect color slightly. Screen settings may also cause minor differences.

Q: Are BEAR Trucks sold in pairs or individually?
A: Trucks are always sold in pairs—just enough to set up one complete skateboard.

Q: Do BEAR Trucks come with mounting hardware?

A: No, BEAR Trucks do not include mounting hardware. You’ll need to order it separately, which you can find under the Tools & Hardware section. Different setups require specific hardware types and lengths, so we don’t include it automatically with truck orders. If you need we can help advise on the right hardware for your setup.

Q: Are Hawgs Wheels sold in completes sets of 4 or individually?

A: All of our wheels are sold in complete sets of 4 - bearings not included

Q: What’s a good beginner board?
A: Choose a board that feels comfortable for you! For cruisers, we recommend larger standing areas like Tugboats or ATVs. If you’re unsure, let us know what you’re looking for, and we can help.

Q: Is there a weight limit for your boards?
A: We don’t specify a weight limit, as our boards are durable and built to withstand regular use. For flexible boards, heavier riders may experience more flex, especially with dance or pintail models, but these are generally designed to handle most body weights.

Q: What’s included in a complete skateboard setup?
A: Completes will come assembled and include:

• The deck (with grip tape)
• 4 wheels and 8 bearings
• Mounting hardware (8 bolts)
• Riser pads (when necessary)
• Pair of trucks

Q: Can I customize the wheels on a complete?
A: We currently don’t offer customization for completes. To get different wheels, order them separately.

Q: Do you offer custom graphics or board shapes?
A: Unfortunately, custom services for graphics or board shapes aren’t available.

Q: Can I order an older or out-of-stock product?
A: Older models may no longer be in production. If you’re looking for something specific, reach out, and we’ll check for you.

Q: How much do skateboards and longboards weigh?
A: Skateboards generally weigh 6–9 lbs (3–4.5 kg), while longboards are around 8–12 lbs (3.6–5.5 kg).
